No 52 Sweet Strawberry Milk Duo Set

I purchased this dupe of the discontinued Melanie Martinez Crybaby perfume blindly and I was pleasantly surprised to love the fragrance! As someone that’s never smelled the OG, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the description sounded appealing so I gave it a shot and I’m glad I did. My other favorite perfume is Ariana Grande Cloud, and the two have the same soft, sugary-sweet quality, which I love. The strawberry notes are a bit sharper than the top notes of Cloud, and the dry down is more powdery, with similar lasting power. If I had to critique it, I would say I was hoping for a stronger baby powder aroma, and I was expecting it to last a bit longer on the skin—the lasting power I would say is average for this price point. That said, I bought this duo with the mini roll on oil to touch up my perfume throughout the day, however, I unfortunately discovered the bottle had leaked a bit upon opening my package. The leakage was minimal, but it does leak when applied as well, and I’m afraid to throw it in my purse like I intended because I worry it will stain pretty much any material of purse/bag I own. I was going to travel with it over the holidays and I’m disappointed that the little bottle is pretty much doomed to live at home lest it stain my bag, effectively defeating its purpose.
